Chico Bean

Chico Bean is playing Helium & Elements Restaurant in St. Louis over three nights: Friday, November 20, Saturday, November 21, and Sunday, November 22, with shows starting at 7 PM each night. If you've followed the 85 South Show, you'll recognize him as one third of the trio. Born Anthony Bean in Washington D.C., he's a regular on Wild 'N Out, the long-running sketch-variety show hosted weekly by Nick Cannon.

Beyond the group, Bean has a distinct set of skills that often surface in his comedy. He's known for being able to memorize the words to an old song almost instantly and for inventing quirky jingles on the spot. His credits include the Freestyle Funny Comedy Show and MTV2's Guy Court, and he's worked in writing and acting as well, with appearances on E!. This run is a stand-up show, so you'll see him holding the room on his own rather than as part of the 85 South ensemble.

Before you head out, there are a few venue details to keep in mind. Helium is 18+, so you'll need to be at least 18 to get in. In the Showroom, there's a two-item minimum per person, and an 18% administrative fee is added to all food and drink purchases. With three nights to choose from, you can pick whichever fits your weekend best: Friday, November 20, Saturday, November 21, or Sunday, November 22, all starting at 7 PM.
