Over-18s Halloween special gig by TYDAL at The Hallamshire Hotel, with £2–£6 entry.
TYDAL play The Hallamshire Hotel on Tuesday 27 October, their Wave of Terror night. It's the venue's Halloween special, and the whole thing is built around the image of a full moon: 'When the moon's full, the tide turns, and this year it's taking everyone under', they put it. It's a late one, running from 22:00 through to 03:00, so it's more of a night out than a standard gig.
If you're planning on it, there are two things to keep in mind before you head down. First, it's strictly over-18s, and you'll need photo ID at the door, so don't leave yours at home. Second, the timing: it kicks off at 10pm and goes until 3am, which puts it well into the early hours of Wednesday morning. If you're coming from across the city, you might want to sort your way back in advance.

The Hallamshire Hotel is at 182 West Street, S1 4ET, right in the thick of Sheffield city centre. Tickets are £2.00 to £6.00, so it's a cheap one to get into, and with the late start and the Halloween theme, it's more of a proper night out than a quick trip to a show.
