Sheffield band Tellyeaters headlines The Greystones with a night of local up-and-coming bands.
Tellyeaters are headlining The Greystones on Saturday 24 October, their first time taking the top of the bill there. It's a step up from last year's 'Sounds of Steel City', where they played to a sell-out crowd, and this time they're the main draw rather than part of a larger showcase.
They're not coming alone, though. The night is being put together as a bit of a local showcase, with Tellyeaters sharing the bill with a selection of Sheffield's best up-and-coming bands. It's a Gig Hot Dog Promotion night, and the whole thing is built around the city's newer acts, so you'll hear a few different bands before the headliners take over.
Around the city, Tellyeaters have become one of the more closely watched names on the local circuit, and this is their first headline slot at The Greystones. If you've been following them, you'll know they've been playing around Sheffield for a while now, and this is one of the bigger rooms they've stepped into as the main act.
