Christmas craft and flea market with independent makers and vintage traders at Sheffield Cathedral, with £3 entry and free admission for under 12s.
Sheffield's Christmas Craft & Flea Market takes over Sheffield Cathedral on Saturday 28 November, from 11 am to 4 pm. It's run by Craft & Flea's Makers Market, who pull together independent makers, collectors, designers and creatives from across the local area. The stalls hold handmade, hand-designed and authentic vintage goods, so you'll find ceramics, illustration, candles and jewellery alongside curated vintage collections.
One thing that sets this apart from your average Christmas fair is how they handle the traders. The organisers screen every stall application, and they only feature artisan traders who make the cut. They're also open to new makers applying to trade with them, so the mix changes from one market to the next. It's a good spot if you're looking for things that aren't mass-produced, especially for Christmas gifts that actually come from someone's workshop rather than a warehouse.

The venue is Sheffield Cathedral on Church Street, right in the city centre (S1 1HA), so it's easy to get to on foot. Entry is £3, and under-12s get in free without needing a ticket. If you book your ticket in advance, you get priority entry. The time on your ticket is just your arrival time, and there's no cap on how long you can stay inside, so you can take your time browsing the stalls without having to rush off.
