Free closing party of the Sensoria Festival at Gut Level with a live set by Iceboy Violet, DJs and drinks.
Iceboy Violet closes the Sensoria Festival at Gut Level on Sunday 25 October, with a live set that doubles as a sneak preview of their forthcoming album. It's the final night of the festival, and the set will be surrounded by drinks, DJs and visuals, so it's more of a full evening than a standalone gig.
Iceboy Violet works as a rapper, producer, DJ and performer, and they describe their own approach as searching for personal and collective catharsis in the dark of the club, using emotive vocal performances and twisted club music to erode boundaries. That's a fair bit to unpack, but the live set should give you a good sense of how it actually lands.
