Repent Records Presents

Repent Records are taking over Hangr Warehouse on Saturday 28 November, with the night starting at 7pm. It's one of their nights in Sheffield, and they're the ones calling the shots on the music.

If you're not familiar with them yet, Repent Records are Sheffield's new hard techno and hard dance residents. They've set up shop here and, by their own account, they're just getting started. Their nights at Hangr Warehouse lean into hard techno, hard dance, reverse bass and raw underground energy — the kind of sound that sits on the heavier, faster end of the techno spectrum, with reverse bass bringing in that hard dance edge. It's a particular corner of the scene that's more about the drive and the weight than the melodic side of things.

They've made it clear that this is the sound they're building around, and they're doing it right here in the city. The warehouse setting fits the bill for this kind of night — hard techno and hard dance usually work best in a space with room to move and a sound system that can handle the low end. If you've been looking for a proper hard dance night in Sheffield, this is where they're landing.

One thing to keep in mind before you head down: there's a strict 18+ door policy, so make sure you've got your ID on you. The night kicks off at 7pm on Saturday 28 November at Hangr Warehouse, Unit 19 Kingfisher Works, Bardwell Road, Neepsend, S3 8AS.
