CNNECT Halloween

CNNECT are taking over Hangr Warehouse on Saturday 31 October for their Halloween edition, a night that runs from 6pm right through to 4am. It's the promoter's new warehouse home, and they've gone for a raw industrial space with two stages and 30 metres of LED running the length of the room. The whole thing is powered by a Funktion-One Evolution X sound system, so it's built for the long haul rather than a quick in-and-out.

CNNECT headline, and they're joined by BARRIERS, ELEMENT, FADED and BACKYARD. Around them is a Sheffield and Northern lineup that fills out the night: Reynolds, Alfie, Will Brown, McConnell, Evan Ruddick, Stuppy, Josh Greggs, Jay Simmonite, Thomas Ballington, Melendez, Ethan Frost and Luca Stratford. With that many names across two stages, there's plenty to keep you going if you're planning on staying for the full ten hours.

They describe the night as house music from open to close, and they're clear about the format: it's built for the long haul, not a short set. That fits the warehouse setting, where the music is the main event rather than a backdrop. It's an over-18s night, so keep that in mind if you're bringing a group.

Doors open at 6pm and the music runs until 4am, with last entry at 9pm. Tickets start from £10 and go up to £30, so it's worth grabbing yours early if you're planning to be there for the start. Hangr Warehouse is Unit 19, Kingfisher Works, Bardwell Road, Neepsend, Sheffield, S3 8AS.
