Halloween pumpkin carving and painting workshop with craft materials included, plus pizza for £5 per person.
The Beaten Track is hosting a pumpkin carving and painting session on Wednesday 21 October, from 18:30 to 20:30. It's a straightforward mid-week evening: you turn up, get a pumpkin, and spend a couple of hours working on it. If you're more of a carver than a painter, you can hollow one out; if you'd rather not deal with the guts, you can paint the outside instead. Both options are on the table, so you can go for a classic spooky face or something a bit more out of the ordinary.
One of the best bits is that you don't need to bring your own kit. The session includes a pumpkin and access to all the craft materials you'll need, so you can just show up and get started. It's a good way to get your Halloween prep sorted without having to buy your own tools or clear a massive mess from your own kitchen table afterwards.
And since it's an evening session, there's plenty to eat and drink on hand. Pizzas start from £11, and there are other drinks and food available to buy throughout the night, so you can keep going while you work. It's a relaxed setup: carve, paint, eat, and repeat until you've got something you're happy with.
