Bavarian Oktoberfest night at Earls Yard with oompah music, German beer, bratwurst, games and prizes.
The Käse Chiefs bring Oktoberfest to Earl's Yard on Saturday 17 October, from 6:00pm and running late. They're a six-piece Bavarian German oompah band, and they'll be leading the night with traditional German party music, singalongs and high-energy live entertainment. If you've never come across them, that's the whole point of the thing: brass-heavy oompah that's meant for singing along to rather than sitting back and listening.
Around the music, the night leans into the Oktoberfest theme. There's German beer served in traditional steins and classic fare like bratwurst and pretzels. For other food, Earl's Kitchen and Pieminister will be serving street food, and there are interactive games and competitions running alongside the music. It's an over-18s night, held at Earl's Yard, which is Sheffield's newest outdoor food and beer garden in the city centre.

Tickets start at £12, and there's a Stein Ticket for £15 that covers admission and a free stein. The music kicks off at 6:00pm and goes late, so you've got plenty of time to settle in with a drink before the band gets going.
