Relaxed help-yourself cheese tasting of eight new and award-winning cheeses, crackers, chutney and charcuterie, with a short presentation and tasting notes.
Homage2Fromage is bringing a cheese tasting to The Hideaway on Tuesday 24 November, from 7pm to 10pm. It's part of their Unveiling Cheesy Champs series, which they describe as showcasing the most innovative, new-to-market and award-winning cheeses—billed as 'the future of cheese'.
The format is a relaxed, help-yourself session: eight cheeses on the table, with crackers, chutney and charcuterie to go with them. You graze at your own pace, and the night wraps up with a short presentation and tasting notes to walk you through what you've been eating. It's a low-pressure way to try a fair few things in one go, rather than a formal sit-down affair.

Homage2Fromage runs similar tastings across other cities, too—Harrogate, Leeds at The Adelphi, Peterborough at the Brewery Tap and Winchester at The Winchester Orangery—so this is one of their regular stops. The Sheffield date is at The Hideaway, 61 Eyre Lane, in the city centre (S1 3GF), running from 7pm to 10pm on Tuesday 24 November.
