Maths-Live Lesson

Maths-Live is bringing a live lesson to Prince Edward Primary School on Tuesday 10 November, running from 1:00 pm to 3:15 pm. It's a session built around the Maths-Live platform, and the whole thing is aimed at helping children get a better handle on mathematics.

If you're not familiar, Maths-Live is the core of the day. The session is designed to work through mathematical concepts in a way that helps children build their understanding from the ground up, rather than just ticking off a set of exercises. It's a live lesson, so it's about seeing the work happen in real time, with the teaching and the learning going on together in the room.

Prince Edward Primary School is hosting it at 332 Queen Mary Road, Sheffield S2 1EE, so it's right there in the city. The session runs for two hours and fifteen minutes, from 1:00 pm to 3:15 pm on Tuesday 10 November, and the focus stays on the Maths-Live approach throughout. It's a daytime slot, so it's one of those things that fits into the school day rather than an after-hours add-on.
