Women-only guided sunset hike with a Halloween vibe, eerie tales and a stone circle on the Easternmoors.
A Halloween Sunset Guided Hike for women is heading out from Curbar Gap Car Park on Saturday 31 October, starting at 15:30. It's a women-only walk, led by a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader who's Outdoor First Aid trained and fully insured, so you're in safe hands while you're out on the hills.
The draw here is a mix of eerie tales, a stone circle, and wide views, all played out against a Halloween vibe with the chance of spotting a ghost or two along the trail. It's a sunset hike, so you'll be out as the light fades, which fits the spooky theme. The guide runs a range of hikes for different ability levels, with the aim of helping people get into the outdoors safely, so it's a good one if you're not a regular hillwalker.
