Halloween Bollywood and Desi night with a masquerade theme at Foundry, the University of Sheffield Students' Union club venue.
GOAT Events UK are bringing their Bollywood X Desi night to Foundry on Friday 23 October, with the Masquerade Edition taking over for Halloween. It's a Bollywood and Desi night, so the music will be Bollywood and Desi tracks throughout. The masquerade theme gives you a reason to turn up in a mask, and since it's a Halloween edition, you can take the costume as far as you like.
Foundry is the club venue run by the Students' Union at the University of Sheffield on Western Bank. It's well known for hosting official SU nights, including Freshers parties and student fixtures like Pop Tarts, ROAR, The Tuesday Club and Soul Jam, so it's a space that's used to big crowds and late nights.
The night is put on by GOAT Events UK, a Bollywood and Desi events brand that works across the UK. They describe themselves as specialising in high-energy nightlife and cultural experiences, with a focus on bringing together music, culture and community in top venues. This is one of those nights they bring to the city, and it's their Halloween version, so it's a bit different from their usual run.
