Free sound healing session with gongs and harmonic field architecture presented by Oliver GoldenCircle at Highfield Trinity Methodist Church.
Oliver GoldenCircle is bringing a Gong & Harmonic Field Architecture Sound Bath to Highfield Trinity Methodist Church on Friday 23 October, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM. It's a ninety-minute session that sits right in the middle of the sound healing trend that's taken hold across Sheffield lately, with gong baths, singing bowl sessions and sound journeys regularly selling out at studios, yoga centres and pop-up venues across the city.
The session is built on the idea of ancient instruments meeting modern technology, and it's pitched as accessible to complete beginners — all you're asked to do is lie still and listen. If you've never been to a sound bath before, that's pretty much the whole of it: you lie down, let the sound wash over you, and do nothing else for the duration. It's an immersive, deeply relaxing experience, and there's no particular background or knowledge you need to get anything out of it.
