Afternoon creative writing session with Beverley Ward, following the Get Writing formula of weekly themes and playful prompts.
Beverley Ward runs Get Writing at The Writers Workshop on Wednesday 25 November, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. It's an afternoon session in Sheffield city centre, at 14 Orchard Square, S1 2FB, and it's set up as an alternative for anyone who can't make the morning one.
Ward is the founder of both Get Writing and The Writers Workshop, a writer with thirty years' experience facilitating writing workshops, the author of four books, and a writer across a range of genres. The session follows the Get Writing formula: every Wednesday brings a new theme and a focus, but there's no formal instruction. Instead, she uses gentle, playful prompts to bring out each writer's own voice and style. It's less about being taught how to write and more about getting the words down on the page.

The price runs from £10.46 to £92.80, depending on whether you're booking a single afternoon or the full block. It runs from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm on Wednesday 25 November at 14 Orchard Square, Sheffield City Centre, S1 2FB.
