Live folk and punk show by Gaz Brookfield, singer-songwriter behind the album 'Waiting For Wisdom', at The Greystones.
Gaz Brookfield plays The Greystones on Wednesday 28 October. He's a folk and punk festival favourite who's been touring the length and breadth of the country since winning Acoustic Magazine's Singer/Songwriter of the Year in 2010, and he's built a strong and loyal following along the way.
He's recently released his tenth studio album, Waiting For Wisdom, so there's plenty of new material to draw from. Ten albums is a fair run for any songwriter, and it's the kind of depth that means a set can pull from the new songs without leaving the older ones behind. If you've followed him since those early days, there's a good chance you'll hear things you remember alongside the newer stuff.

Brookfield's a regular on the folk and punk festival circuits, so he's used to playing for crowds that span a few different worlds. That background sits well with a midweek night at The Greystones, where the room is small enough to keep things close. Tickets are £16.
