If you're not familiar, The Expendables are a San Diego band, so this is a hometown date. They've built their sound around a mix of reggae, rock, and jam, and they've spent the last couple of decades playing out across the country. Since they're based here, this is one of the easier ways to catch them live without having to travel.
They're playing at Mariner's Point Park, which is at 1215 Mariners Way in San Diego, CA 92109. It's an open-air spot right by the water, so it's a different kind of setting than the clubs they usually play. The show is part of Mission Bayfest 2026, and they're the headliner on the bill for the day.
