Johnny Keyz & Friends have a new residency going at Beaumont's in Bird Rock, and it's called Strings & Things Sundays. It's a rotating one: one week is a Bluegrass Brunch of pickin', grinnin', and patio sippin', and the next is a Blues Brunch of smooth grooves and soulful sounds. The two styles trade off every other week, and both are paired with brunch.

Since the music switches back and forth, the vibe changes depending on when you drop in. The bluegrass side is all about that high-energy picking and a bright, front-porch feel, while the blues side leans into the slower, soulful side of things. Either way, the music is built around brunch, so you can settle in with a meal and let the set run around you.

Beaumont's is turning Sundays into a summer soundtrack with this, and the residency brings live music to the Bird Rock spot every other week. It's a good way to keep your Sundays consistent without the music ever staying the same for too long.
