Concert by rock guitarist Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators at The Sound in Del Mar.
Slash ft. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators play The Sound in Del Mar on Thursday, April 29, 2027. The show starts at 8 PM.
Most of us know Slash as the top hat and the Les Paul from Guns N' Roses, where he wrote the riffs for "Sweet Child O' Mine" and "Welcome to the Jungle." Since then, he's put out records with Slash's Snakepit and Velvet Revolver, and in 2010 he released a self-titled solo album that featured Ozzy Osbourne, Fergie, and Myles Kennedy. That album was the start of the band he's touring with now.
Slash ft. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators has been together for more than a decade, with Kennedy on lead vocals, Todd Kerns on bass and vocals, Brent Fitz on drums, and Frank Sidoris on rhythm guitar. They've toured the world and recorded together as a full band, so this isn't a solo act with a rotating backing group—it's a proper band that's been playing together for years.

Outside of the band, Slash is a GRAMMY Award-winning guitarist and songwriter who's sold more than 100 million albums, earned seven GRAMMY nominations, and been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. He's also a New York Times bestselling author. TIME magazine once ranked him No. 2 on its list of the 10 greatest electric guitar players, just behind Jimi Hendrix.
It's a rock show in the most direct sense of the word. The Sound is in Del Mar, and the set kicks off at 8 PM on Thursday, April 29.
