Concert featuring Foster the People on their Good Mourning Sunshine Tour with support from Goth Babe at Petco Park.
Foster the People are playing Petco Park on Wednesday, October 21, as part of their Good Mourning Sunshine Tour. They're the headliner, and Goth Babe is opening for them.
If you've been following the band, the tour title gives you a good sense of where they're at. Good Mourning Sunshine is the record they're out supporting, and that's where the bulk of the set will come from. It's their newest material, so the night is built around the songs from this latest release. They'll be playing those alongside their older stuff, so you'll get the new record and the songs from their earlier years in the same set.
Goth Babe opens the bill. That's a one-person project—the stage name of singer-songwriter Goth Babe—so the night starts with a solo act before Foster the People takes over. Between the two, you've got a full evening of music rather than just a single headliner.

The show is at Petco Park, 100 Park Blvd in San Diego, and it starts at 7 PM. That's a Wednesday night, so it's a mid-week date rather than a weekend one. If you're planning to go, keep in mind it's a weekday show, not a Friday or Saturday.
