Hardcore and metalcore show by Pain of Truth at the 21+ Metro Music Hall.
Pain of Truth play Metro Music Hall on Tuesday, October 27, as part of the S&S Presents tour. They're bringing along Missing Link, Fatal Realm, xforever warx, and Stillborn, so it's a full bill rather than a solo run. The show starts at 7 PM.
If you're not familiar with them, Pain of Truth is a Long Island hardcore and metalcore act formed in 2020 by Michael Smith after the split of the metalcore band Hangman. They spent the COVID-19 lockdowns writing and recording, and since then they've toured through the underground hardcore scene. Their self-titled album came out on DAZE Records on September 25, 2026, so this stop falls just a month after the release. The record features the track "Unforgiven" alongside material from their 2021 release Not Through Blood, which means the set should pull from both the new album and their earlier work.
