Julia Jacklin plays Metro Music Hall on her North America Tour 2026, with support from Jordan Patterson, presenting her album 'The Gem'.
Julia Jacklin plays Metro Music Hall on Friday, October 30, as part of her North America Tour 2026. She's touring her fourth album, The Gem, and Jordan Patterson opens the night.
The Gem grew out of Jacklin's time in Melbourne after she moved there from Sydney in 2017, where she stumbled upon a back-street bar called The Gem. It's her first record since three solo albums — Don't Let the Kids Win (2016), Crushing (2019), and PRE PLEASURE (2022) — and she chose to record this one at home in Melbourne at Rat Shack studios, run by her old drinking buddy Robert Muinos. She played alongside friends Jacob Diamond on guitar, Mimi Gilbert on bass, and Jess Elwood on drums.
With those three records behind her, The Gem marks her fourth full-length release. The Salt Lake City date is presented by 90.9 KRCL and S&S.
