A 90-minute holiday tribute to the music of Karen and Richard Carpenter, with their Christmas classics and greatest hits, by Sonus Productions.
Carpenters Platinum Christmas comes to the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center on Thursday, December 17, 2026. It's a tribute to the music of Karen and Richard Carpenter, presented by Sonus Productions, and it plays in the Jeanné Wagner Theatre.
The set is built around the holiday classics that became part of the duo's legacy: Merry Christmas, Darling, I'll Be Home for Christmas, and Christmas Waltz. Those sit alongside some of their greatest hits, so you'll hear the Christmas songs and the regular ones in the same evening. The show leans on the harmonies and the sound that turned their music into a holiday tradition, and it runs 90 minutes.
