Special Event: Hocus Pocus Drag Brunch

Helium Comedy Club is hosting a Hocus Pocus Drag Brunch this Sunday, October 18, starting at 12 PM. It's a witchy, Hocus Pocus-themed afternoon in the middle of the city, and it's hosted by Kharisma. The whole thing is built around the movie, so expect fierce queens, fabulous looks, and magical performances that'll have you shouting "I Put a Spell on You" along with everyone else. If you're into drag and you've got a soft spot for the Sanderson sisters, this is exactly that.

Before you head over, there are a few things to keep in mind about how Helium runs. All shows at the venue are 21+, so make sure you've got your ID on you. In the Showroom, there's a two-item-per-person minimum of food or drink, and if you're bringing a group of six or more, there's an automatic 20% gratuity added to the bill. Seating is general admission on a first-come, first-served basis, with reserved seats assigned by management on the night, so if you want a specific spot, getting there early is your best bet. All sales are final, and the event is currently marked as sold out, so you'll need to keep an eye on the site if you're hoping for a last-minute ticket.
