A 10k and 5k charity walk to raise funds for Trevi, supporting women affected by violence and trauma across Plymouth and the Southwest.
The Warrior Women Walk returns on Sunday 4 October, this time at Mount Batten in Plymouth. It's Trevi's flagship annual fundraiser, and for 2026 it's moving into the city for the first time, with a new home at Mount Batten and brand new 10k and 5k routes. There are two waves on the day: Wave One starts at 10.00am and Wave Two at 11.00am, so you can pick the start time that works best for you.
The walk brings together women, supporters, families, friends, colleagues and local businesses to raise funds for Trevi's specialist work with women across Plymouth and the Southwest. That work supports women who have experienced domestic abuse, sexual violence, homelessness, addiction, contact with the criminal justice system and separation from their children. It's a wide remit, and the money raised goes directly towards those services.
People walk for a lot of different reasons. Some walk as survivors; some in support of someone they love, or in memory of someone. Others walk to celebrate recovery, or simply because they believe women deserve safety, dignity and justice. It's a shared event that holds space for all of those things at once, and the crowd reflects that—you'll find people walking in pairs, in groups, or on their own.
