A spectacular tribute show to Elvis featuring three of the world's best tribute artists performing on stage with a live band and orchestra.
Elvis World Tour comes to Plymouth Arena on Saturday 28 November, and it's a bit different from your usual tribute act. Instead of one person doing the whole thing, the show brings together three of the world's best Elvis tribute artists on the same stage. They share the bill, each taking their turn with the songs, so you get three different takes on the same voice in one night.
They aren't working with a backing track, either. The whole set is backed by a live band and a full orchestra, which means the sound is built from the ground up rather than played over a recording. It's a big setup for a tribute show, and having the orchestra there changes the feel of the music, giving it more weight than a standard band would.
The three performers are billed as some of the best in the world, and they're touring together as part of the wider World Tour, so this is one of the stops on that run. It's a full-scale production, with the band and orchestra playing throughout, rather than a small club date.
