Zoo Lights Drive-Thru

Zoo Lights Drive-Thru returns to the Pittsburgh Zoo & PPG Aquarium on November 27, 2026, and runs through January 3, 2027. It's a drive-through holiday light show, so you stay in your car and roll through the grounds rather than walking the exhibits. The Zoo transforms into a sparkling holiday safari, with thousands of eco-friendly lights lining the route. Along the way, you'll see illuminated animals and shimmering Pittsburgh icons, and there's a heart-warming display celebrating the Zoo's newest baby animals.

This year, there's a new hospitality station in the entrance plaza serving festive food, drinks, and seasonal cheer, so you can grab something to eat and drink before you head out on the drive. The whole thing is designed to be done from your car, which makes it an easy one to do with kids or a group without having to worry about the weather.

Tickets are $40 per member vehicle and $45 per non-member vehicle, with $65 Flex Tickets available. The show runs from November 27 through January 3, so you've got a good window to fit it in whenever works best for you.
