Weekly evening run club session with one, three or six mile routes for runners of all abilities.
Monday Miles is back at Fleet Feet Bakery Square on Monday, October 26, starting at 6:30 PM. It's the weekly run club session hosted by Fleet Feet Pittsburgh at their Bakery Square location, and it's built as a relaxed recovery run to shake out the weekend mileage. The whole point is to get moving again without pushing too hard, so it's a good spot to land if you've got some heavy miles in your legs from Saturday and Sunday.
One of the best things about it is that you pick your own distance on the night: one, three, or six miles. You aren't locked into a single route, so you can go for a quick loop or stretch it out depending on how you're feeling. The session is part of Bakery Square's wider weekly fitness programming, which also includes a Thursday evening run at 6:30 PM, so if you're looking to build a regular routine, there's another one to pair it with.
Behind the run is the Fleet Feet Running Club, and membership is free. They describe their mission as fostering a lifetime passion for running by providing inspiration, motivation, and know-how, and they make a point of catering to all abilities, paces, and levels of experience. Whether you're just starting out or you've been at this for years, you'll fit in.
