Free evening run with one, three and six mile routes at Fleet Feet Bakery Square in East Liberty.
Fleet Feet Bakery Square is hosting the East End Pub Run on Thursday, October 29, starting at 6:30 PM in East Liberty. It's a group run that lets you pick your own distance: there are routes for one, three, and six miles, so you can go for a quick loop or push yourself a bit further depending on how your day went.
The run starts and ends at the store, and the whole thing is free to join. Whether you're just looking to get a few miles in on a weekday evening or you want to stretch out with the full six, you'll be running with a group rather than on your own. The routes are set up to accommodate different levels, so you can stick with the distance that fits your pace.
Once the running is done, the group heads to City Kitchen, where the pub run part of the evening kicks in. If you're in the mood for a drink after you finish, you'll get $2 off your first draft beer. It's a good way to wind down and hang out with the other runners after the miles are behind you.
