Guided painting workshop to create a pumpkin painting, with materials, music and laughs included.
Painteria is hosting Pumpkin Scene on Friday, October 30, a guided painting workshop where everyone works on the same thing: a pumpkin. It's a two-hour session that starts at 6 PM, so you'll be in and out by 8 PM, just in time for whatever else you've got planned for the night before Halloween.
The setup is straightforward. You'll be painting a pumpkin, and the whole thing is guided, so you don't need to be an artist to get through it. They provide the materials, and they've got music playing while you work, and the description mentions laughter as part of the package. It's the kind of thing that works as well on your own as it does with a friend, and since it's a guided class, you'll walk away with a finished piece regardless of where you're starting from.
