A hands-on, eight-hour bootcamp for business leaders and founders to turn their meetings and files into an AI 'second brain' that works like a chief of staff.
Oxford Agentic are running a second brain bootcamp at the Pitt Rivers Museum on Wednesday 21 October, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. It's an eight-hour session aimed at business leaders, founders and consultants who already use AI every day. There's no coding involved, and the whole day is built around one idea: 'your AI has read the internet. It has never met you.'
The morning and afternoon are spent fixing that. You'll be taking your own meetings, files and messages and turning them into a structured 'second brain' connected to the tools you already use, so you leave with something that works like a chief of staff. It's hands-on rather than a series of talks, so you're actually building the thing as you go.
The day is run by a group of Oxford-based AI practitioners. Leading the session are Drummond Gilbert, who works on AI in management at Saïd Business School; Adrian Shedden, a fintech lawyer turned founder; Glenn Smith, who spent twenty years shipping AI in production at UBS, Barclays and HSBC; and Adam Martin, the founding CTO. Between them they've spent decades working with AI in corporate and technical roles, so they're coming at this from the practical side of things rather than the theoretical.

Once the work is done, the day ends with a guided tour of the Pitt Rivers Museum. Founded in 1884, it holds more than 700,000 objects, photographs and manuscripts, arranged by type rather than by time or region. It adjoins the Oxford University Museum of Natural History and is accessible only through it, so you'll be walking through one to get to the other. Entry is free, and the whole thing runs from 9:00am to 5:00pm on Wednesday 21 October at the Pitt Rivers, South Parks Road, Oxford OX1 3PP.
