Screening of the Tamil action film 'Jailer 2' at Vue Oxford.
Jailer 2 is showing at Vue Oxford on Sunday 25 October. It's a Tamil-language action film, and the story follows a retired officer whose quiet life is thrown out of order when a dangerous criminal organisation starts threatening his family. If you've seen the first one, you'll recognise the setup: a man who just wants to be left alone being dragged back into the world he thought he'd left behind.
Vue Oxford is over at Ozone Leisure Park on Grenoble Road, and it's a big site with nine screens and more than 1,380 seats across them. They run films in 2D and 3D with 4K picture quality and Dolby Surround Sound, so it's a proper cinema experience rather than a small screen. Beyond the usual films, they also programme Big Screen Events like concerts, sport, dance, opera and theatre, so it's worth keeping an eye on the full listing if you're in the area.
