Mid-week club night with Fishies at the O2 Academy Oxford, with a Halloween special on 24 October.
Fishies is back at O2 Academy Oxford for another term of mid-week club nights, running every Wednesday from 21 October to 9 December 2026. It's a regular fixture of the city's nightlife, and this run takes it right through the autumn term. The nights are all at the Academy, 190 Cowley Road, OX4 1UE.
Fishies bills itself as 'the home of Wednesday night', and the run fills a term of mid-week clubbing at the O2 Academy Oxford. There's a Halloween special thrown in on Saturday 24 October, so if you can't make a Wednesday, that's your alternative. The run continues through to 9 December, so there are plenty of dates to pick from across the autumn.

There are a few things to keep in mind before you head down. Entry is restricted to over-18s, and you'll need a Brookes Student ID to get in. Large bags aren't allowed inside, and there's a 2am curfew, so you'll be out by the early hours. Doors open at 23:00 on most nights, though they open earlier on 28 October, when they're at 22:30. With the run stretching from late October to early December, you can drop in on a single Wednesday or make a habit of it throughout the term.
