Disney Junior Cinema Club

Disney Junior Cinema Club is coming to Vue Cinema in Oxford this October, bringing episodes of the Disney Junior TV shows to the big screen. It's a morning session, so it's one of those things you take the little ones to before the rest of the day gets away from you.

The whole point is just that: episodes of the Disney Junior shows you'd usually watch on the telly, but projected onto a cinema screen. It's the same stuff they're already into, just a bit bigger and in a room full of other families. If you've got a toddler who's obsessed with the channel, it's a way to let them see it on a proper screen without having to worry about them fidgeting too much — it's a cinema club, after all, so it's built for that.

There are two mornings to choose from, so you can pick whichever fits your weekend better. The first is Friday 30 October at 10.15am, and the second is Saturday 31 October, also at 10.15am. Both are at Vue Cinema in Oxford, so it's right in the city. If you're already out with the kids on a Friday or Saturday morning, it's an easy one to slot in.

Since it's a morning start, you're in and out well before lunchtime, which makes it a decent option if you're planning the rest of your day around it. Both sessions start at 10.15am, so you'll be home and sorted by midday.
