Screenings of the thriller about a man who wakes up with amnesia in a wrecked hotel room next to a corpse, pulling him into a dangerous conspiracy.
Bad Day at the Office is playing at Vue Cinema in Oxford this weekend, with screenings on Friday 30 October at 10.40pm and Saturday 31 October at 10.10pm. It's a late-night slot for both, so it works as a proper night out rather than a matinee. The film runs 107 minutes and carries a 15 rating, which is something to keep in mind if you're bringing anyone younger.
The story kicks off with a man waking up with amnesia in a wrecked hotel room, and right there beside him is a corpse. That's the starting point that pulls him into a dangerous conspiracy, and the rest of the film follows him as he tries to piece together what happened and who he is. It's one of those setups that keeps you guessing about what's real and what's a red herring.
Vue Oxford is inside the Ozone Leisure Park on Grenoble Road, a nine-screen cinema with more than 1,380 seats. It shows in 4K with Dolby Surround Sound, so the picture and audio should be sharp. Beyond the usual films, the cinema also hosts big-screen events like concerts, sport, dance, opera and theatre, so it's more than just a place for the latest releases.
