Tribute show The Runrig Experience brings Runrig's songs to the Nottingham Arts Theatre on its All Roads Lead North tour.
The Runrig Experience bring their All Roads Lead North tour to Nottingham Arts Theatre on Wednesday 25 November, with the show running from 7:30pm to 10pm. The night is presented by Beat The Drum.
For those who don't know the name, The Runrig Experience is a tribute show built as a celebration of Runrig, one of Scotland's most iconic bands. The set leans on their most enduring songs, with 'Loch Lomond', 'Alba' and 'Every River' among the titles they'll be working through. They describe the show as capturing the heart, poetry and passion of Runrig's music through musicianship, rich Celtic textures and soaring vocals.

If you've followed the original band, you'll recognise those songs as some of their most well-known, and the tribute is built around that same Celtic sound. The All Roads Lead North tour brings that material to Nottingham as part of a wider run of dates, with the Arts Theatre hosting this particular stop. The show runs for two and a half hours, starting at 7:30pm and finishing around 10pm, so it's a full evening's worth of music rather than a short set. The venue is at 12 George Street, Nottingham NG1 3BE, and the date is currently listed as sold out.
