Christmas concert by soprano Nadia Eide with songs from Phantom of the Opera, The Sound of Music, Matilda and more, suitable for all ages.
Nadia Eide brings her new Christmas concert, Christmas At The Musicals, to St Mary's Church Nottingham on Saturday 19 December. It's part of a tour she's taking across November and December 2026, so this is one of the few dates she'll be playing in the city.
The set is built around musical theatre, with songs from The Phantom of the Opera, The Sound of Music, Matilda, Home Alone, and The Wizard of Oz, plus special guests. It's a broad mix of the big stage classics and a few more unexpected additions, and the whole thing runs for about two hours.
Eide is a classical soprano who's had a No. 1 selling record and a run on The Voice UK. Along the way, she's picked up praise from will.i.am, Sir Tom Jones, Anne-Marie, and Danny O'Donoghue, the lead singer of The Script. The show is suitable for all ages, so it works as a family outing as much as a night out with friends.

There's a bit more to it than just the music, too. Eide has joined the Trees For Climate Appeal — a collaboration between the National Trust, Woodland Trust, and England's Community Forests — and she's planting one tree for every ticket sold at her concerts. So, your ticket does a bit of good beyond the evening itself.
It's on Saturday 19 December, from 7 pm to 9 pm, with doors opening at 6:30 pm. Tickets are sold in advance, and the venue is St Mary's Church Nottingham, High Pavement, NG1 1HN.
