Screening of six narrative-driven fiction, documentary and animated shorts in the 'The Mix Tape' strand of the Norwich Film Festival 2026, rated 18.
The Mix Tape Vol. 3 is showing at Cinema City on Sunday 15 November, as part of the Norwich Film Festival 2026. It's a 90-minute screening of six short films: Behold This Dreamer Cometh, Blood Runner, Falcon Eyes, Miles of Life, noise of waves and Ultra Juice. The session is rated 18 and runs without adverts or trailers beforehand, so the films start right when they're supposed to.
The Mix Tape is one of the festival's themed short film strands. This year, the festival curated 136 shortlisted shorts into 20 themed screenings at Cinema City, covering Comedy, Sci-Fi, Documentary and Animation, alongside strands for LGBTQ+, Women in Film, East Anglian talent and Family Friendly films. Many of those screenings are followed by Q&As with the filmmakers. This particular volume is an eclectic, hand-curated collection of narrative-driven fiction, documentaries and animated shorts, so you'll get a few different styles in one sitting rather than one single genre.

Tickets are £8, or £6 if you're eligible for the concession. The screening starts at 13:00, and seating is unallocated, so you can pick your own spot on the day. There are limited wheelchair spaces available, and it's worth keeping in mind that it's an 18, so it's for an adult audience.
