Stand-up comedian Rachel Parris brings her favourite songs and new stand-up to the stage in her songbook tour.
Rachel Parris brings her new show, The Rachel Parris Songbook, to EPIC Studios on Wednesday 24 March 2027. It's a night that puts her musical comedy front and centre, gathering some of her best-loved songs from the last fifteen years of her career and pairing them with brand new stand-up written specifically for the tour.
If you're not familiar with her musical side, the set pulls from the songs she's become known for — Speedy Boarder, Girl With A Diamond Finger and Hen Doo On A Train are among the favourites that make the cut, sitting alongside the newer material. It's described as smart, playful and occasionally gloriously ridiculous, with a focus on comic timing and character work, and at least one tune that sticks with you for days. A capella may be included.
Most of us know Parris as a BAFTA-nominated comedian, best known for The Mash Report and as a regular face on British panel shows: Have I Got News For You, Mock The Week, QI, Would I Lie To You and Live at The Apollo. She's also a fixture on Radio 4's Just A Minute and I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, and a cast member and founder of the award-winning improv show Austentatious. This show is a bit of a different gear, though — it's the songs taking the lead.
