Long-running Neil Diamond tribute show headlined by Fisher Stevens and his live orchestra at the Norwich Theatre Royal.
Fisher Stevens brings It's A Beautiful Noise: The Neil Diamond Spectacular to Norwich Theatre Royal on Friday 8 January 2027. It's a tribute show that's been on the road for more than a decade, and it's billed as the longest-running Neil Diamond tribute in the UK and Europe. Stevens is the one at the centre of it, widely acclaimed as the world's finest Neil Diamond tribute performer, and he's backed by a full live orchestra with strings and brass.
That orchestra is a big part of the sound. Rather than a small band, you've got soaring strings and powerhouse brass filling out the arrangements, and the set is built around Diamond's best-known songs. You'll hear Sweet Caroline, Cracklin' Rosie, Forever in Blue Jeans and Love on the Rocks — the kind of songs that most people recognise from the first few bars. Reviewers have called Stevens 'the real Diamond' and described the production as a worthy tribute to his music legacy.
It's a fully immersive concert, so it's more of a night out than a seated recital. The show runs for about two and a half hours, and it's a good length if you're going for the songs rather than a quick stop. It's a full evening's worth of music, with the orchestra keeping the energy up across the whole set.
