Stand-up show 'No Dramas' by Irish comic Ed Byrne, for over-16s only, at EPIC Studios.
Ed Byrne brings his new show No Dramas to EPIC Studios on Thursday 27 May 2027, as part of his UK and Ireland tour. The Irish comic has built a reputation as a 'conquistador of petty gripes', and that's exactly where this set starts: on stage, airing his grievances at a world that seems hell-bent on irritating us. The premise is a simple one: he just wants to live a life free of hassle and drama, but the world has other plans.
It's observational comedy in the truest sense, the kind of set that takes the small, everyday annoyances we all recognise and stretches them out until they're funny. The press has been generous with it, too. Rolling Stone UK called it 'hilarious... verging on greatness', The Times described it as 'just glorious', and the Evening Standard went with 'fantastically funny'. He's picked up further notices from Chortle, Entertainment Now, the Daily Mail, the Metro and the Edinburgh Evening News, so there's a fair bit of weight behind the hype.
On the practical side, the Norwich date is for over-16s only. It's a seated show with allocated places on a first come first served basis, so if you're keen on a particular spot, it's worth getting in early. Companion tickets are available free of charge with proof of disability.
