D&D One Shot: Strahd Must Die Tonight (Re-Run)

Slice + Dice is running Strahd Must Die Tonight on Sunday 25 October, from 16:00 to 20:00. It's a Halloween special D&D one-shot that takes the Curse of Strahd module and fits it into a single sitting, so you're in and out in one afternoon rather than committing to a campaign that stretches over months. The setup is straightforward: your party arrives at the darkened Castle Ravenloft on the express invitation of Count Strahd von Zarovich, and from there you set out to defeat him in his own home.

There's a bit of a warning on this one, though. It's not for beginners. Everyone plays a Level 5 character, and the game mechanics work around a very strict time limit to hunt down and kill the count, so you'll need to be comfortable with the rules and ready to keep things moving. If you're still learning the basics, this probably isn't the right session to jump into.

Since it's a board game café, food and drink are available throughout the evening. If you add a main meal to your ticket, you get up to 30% off, and burgers come with a side. The ticket also includes a special spooky cocktail or mocktail to keep you going while you're working your way through the castle. If you're a member, you can take £2.50 off with the code 'MEMBER' and a valid membership card, and tickets are refundable up to three days before the event.

Tickets are £20.00, and the session runs from 16:00 to 20:00 on Sunday 25 October at Slice + Dice in Norwich.
