Live night of Bel Cobain with Nayana Ab and Alice-Lily at Voodoo Daddy's, presented by Pizza Club.
Bel Cobain plays Voodoo Daddy's on Wednesday 21 October, with Nayana Ab and Alice-Lily on the bill. The night is put on by Pizza Club, and it's a triple bill rather than a solo turn, so you'll get three acts across the evening.
Cobain is an East London singer who first appeared in 2019 with Introverted Stoner, and she followed that with her debut EP Radical Forgiveness in 2023. Since then she's played Glastonbury, Love Saves The Day, Love Supreme, Jazz Cafe and the Roundhouse, and taken her music to Paris, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich and Cologne. She draws on Pink Floyd and Kate Bush, and describes her work as inspired by nature and things made by hand. It's been noted for a radical ethos and poetic lyricism, and has caught the attention of i-D, Vogue, The Line of Best Fit and Clash, with Giles Peterson hosting her for a Maida Vale session.
