Inclusive face-to-face day bringing together people with lived experience, their support networks and partners to brainstorm solutions to health and wellbeing challenges.
The Be Well, Live Well Hackathon is coming to Carrow House on Wednesday 4 November, a full day dedicated to brainstorming solutions for health and wellbeing challenges. It's an inclusive, face-to-face event that brings together people with lived experience, their trusted support networks, and partners to work through issues impacting health, with a particular focus on the challenges faced by underserved communities. The theme 'Be Well, Live Well' runs through the whole day, and voluntary sector organisations are welcome to bring along information about their services.
It's open to all ages and runs as a single six-hour stretch. The day kicks off with tea and coffee, followed by a welcome and introduction from David Powles, CEO of St Martins, and a keynote from Sir Norman Lamb. From there, the day's challenges are set out, and you'll move into smaller groups to start working on them. There's lunch in the middle, then a final session of group work, feedback, and networking to wrap things up. The whole thing is presented by Nicholas Guy.

One thing to keep in mind is that filming and photography will be taking place throughout the day, so it's worth knowing that before you commit. It's a free event, and it runs from 9:30am to 3:30pm at Carrow House, NR1 2GA.
