Audio Junkie

Audio Junkie are playing The Silver Fox on Friday 20 November, a night of rock and pop covers. The pub is at 264 Fakenham Road in Taverham, just on the edge of Norwich, so it's a bit of a trek from the city centre if you're coming in from town, but easy enough if you're already out that way.

As the name suggests, it's a covers night, so they'll be working through a set of rock and pop songs rather than their own material. That's the whole point of the evening: a good stretch of familiar tunes played live, with the rock and pop labels giving you a rough idea of the ground they'll be covering. If you're in the mood for a night of songs you've heard before, that's exactly what's on the bill.

It's a full evening's set, running from 9.00pm to 11.30pm, so you've got two and a half hours of music to get through. That's a fair bit of ground to cover, and it means they'll be able to pull from a wide range of rock and pop rather than sticking to one particular era or style. If you're planning to stay for the whole thing, it's a good idea to get there a bit before the start so you're settled in before they kick off.

So, Audio Junkie at The Silver Fox, 264 Fakenham Road, Taverham, NR8 6AD, on Friday 20 November, from 9.00pm to 11.30pm. Rock and pop covers throughout.
