Tony Hadley brings his Christmas show, pairing festive favourites with crooner classics, to Sage One at The Glasshouse.
Tony Hadley is at Sage One on Friday 27 November, his Christmas Big Band Tour 2026 presented by Flying Music. It's the first date of the Christmas programme at The Glasshouse International Centre for Music, and the venue's first festive season since the summer refurbishment of Sage One.
It's a crooner's night. The set pairs festive favourites with songs made famous by Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Elvis Presley and other greats of that style. Hadley is billed as a charismatic 80s icon and one of the UK's most iconic voices, a swing-style showman and a natural raconteur, and the evening leans on that stage presence as much as the singing.
The date kicks off the Christmas season at The Glasshouse, which runs alongside the return of the Royal Northern Sinfonia's annual Winter Tour, taking festive music to communities across the North East and Cumbria. Under-14s must be accompanied by an adult.
