The meal is a four-course menu by Executive Chef Carmine Mari, paired with Brokenwood wines. Jana is on Hunter Street in Newcastle East, and they describe it as a neighbourhood favourite that adds 'a pinch of Positano to the Steel City's roots' — built on housemade pasta and Hunter Valley wine, with Mari at the helm. The dinner is the first half of the night, and once you've finished, a host guides you to the second destination.
