Dickens Theatre Company's seven-actor version of Macbeth, with the Porter guiding the story, part of its 'Revision on Tour' series.
Dickens Theatre Company bring Macbeth to the New Wimbledon Theatre on Wednesday 13 January 2027, part of their Revision on Tour series. It's a bold new take on the play, staged with a cast of just seven actors who jump between roles as Macbeth and Lady Macbeth chase power, guided through the story by the Porter. Set against war, ambition and uneasy alliances, it's a fast-moving version designed to entertain while keeping things clear and sharp for modern audiences.
The production is part of the company's Revision on Tour series, which is aimed at GCSE students, teachers and literature enthusiasts, and it's touring the UK in early 2027. The London date is on Wednesday 13 January, starting at 13:00 and running until Thursday 14 January. Tickets start from £22 and are available through ATG Tickets.
