John Bishop performs his new comedy show 'Let's Go Round Again' at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
John Bishop is back in London on Wednesday 12 May 2027, playing the Royal Albert Hall as part of his new tour, Let's Go Round Again. It's a new show, and the London date is one stop on a run taking him across the UK and Ireland in the spring of 2027.
If you're not familiar with the name, Bishop is a Liverpool comedian, presenter and actor who spent sixteen years as a pharmaceutical sales rep before giving it up in 2006 to do comedy full-time. He debuted as a stand-up in October 2000 and went on to release the fastest-selling stand-up DVD in UK history. Since then, he's hosted John Bishop's Australia, John Bishop's Britain and The John Bishop Show, and starred in Ken Loach's Route Irish. His 2024-2025 25 tour marked a quarter of a century on the stage, and in 2023 he starred opposite Ian McKellen in the UK and Ireland tour of Mother Goose.
Let's Go Round Again arrives alongside the cinema release of Is This Thing On?, a film inspired by his life and directed by Bradley Cooper, who also stars in it alongside Will Arnett and Laura Dern. So the show and the film are coming out around the same time.
