Social salsa night for all abilities at Boxpark Liverpool, with a beginners hour, bachata sessions and a chilled social.
The Wednesday Salsa Social is back at BOXPARK Liverpool on Wednesday 28 October, from 7pm to 9pm. It's a social salsa night that works for dancers of all abilities, so it doesn't matter if it's your first time on the floor or you've been dancing for years.
The evening is split by level, which is the handy bit if you're not sure where you fit in. It kicks off with a salsa beginners hour, followed by bachata beginners and bachata improvers. That way you can pick the session that matches your experience rather than being thrown in the deep end. Ellena McConville is the one leading the classes, so you'll have a proper instructor on hand to walk you through the steps.
Once the classes are done, the night rounds off with a chilled social. While you're dancing, sports or a film run on the venue's big screens and the staff work the tables, so it's as much about hanging out as it is about the dancing. If you're not feeling the dance floor, you can just grab a drink and watch the screens.
